Finally!!! THa scales were kind to me this morning!! Headache & sore throat today & weather is drizzly so I am trying to decide whether to go for a walk or find some exercises to do at home. I do enjoy my walk as does my dog!!! But I will wait a couple of hours & see how I feel.
