Ok, time to get serious:

Fresh sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese drizzled with olive oil and oregano
Sauteed mussels in butter and wine
Spinach with garlic
Baked zucchini slices dusted with parmesan cheese,oregano, basil and rosemary
Banana Pepper

And, yes it was yummy.
