Another good walk this morning, I am now averaging 40 minutes a day now. And I realised while walking today that I am covering more distance in less time now so thats a definite good thing. I am such a lazy twerp that I am having brunch most days instead of brekkie & lunch. I blame the winter & the cold mornings~!! What will I blame in the summer?? LOL Ah well This time next year I will be cruising in the South Pacific & showing off my sexy 67 year old bod!!A half correct statement right there!!
