Arch - I overate last nite but didn't have much choice. For some reason my blood sugar level was staying low and I had to carb it up :)

Anyway, today is another day and I made some collard greens with fried pork chop and roasted brussel sprouts. Now, I know many people don't like this but, I love that bitter taste mixed with garlic and salt and butter. Wow.

I looove roasted Brussels sprouts. try tossing it with bacon fat and fine chop shallots. sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and a lemon squeeze just before serving. man oh man FUHGETTTABOUTIT!
