Danger. I was shopping at Whole Foods and decided to have dinner there from the hot bar.. Alas, I did okay. I had some tofu, a chicken leg, broccoli, snap peas and small half cup of manhattan clam chowder. Basically, stayed on plan. Whew, that was close . I heard the cookies calling my name and the potatoes singing a song. Sometimes, you just gotta keep rowing and not look back :)
