I have officially lost 10Kgs & to think only a few short weeks ago I was stressing out because i had lost nothing.
I took a break for a little while of recording EVERYTHING I ate on here because honestly it was starting to mess with my head. I knew what I was eating was good for me instead of the junk food, chips & soft drinks my life was consumed with before.
I knew I was working out ALOT and my body was changing, I could feel it in my clothes but I was letting all kinds of numbers play with my head.
Now i can finally see my hard work paying off & this is a great place to continue to reference my food choices against.
