I knew Christmas and New Years celebrations were a write off. I decided not to count calories or record my food so I could enjoy myself and not feel guilty. The weight gain is the evidence of my overeating. 1st day back on the diet today!

Lunch. Broccoli, tuna, capsicum and tomato. The oil has been drained from the fish but I like flavoured tuna to keep my tastebuds interested in what I'm eating
