From personal experience you can go longer between meals. Try one meal a day for a while. That will help get you deeper into ketosis, keep carbs below 30g daily. Also be aware that as long as you arent consuming carbs you will be producing ketones. After 4 weeks for me on keto my strips were very light. Your body gets more efficient at using ketones for fuel. Remember the urine is excess ketones...waste. Maybe you are just well transitioned.
