Going back to weighing my food & counting calories as it seems to work for me. I will stay with no potatoes or pasta & restricting bread intake. No walk today as it has been a really wet day. Weight is still very up & down although I was 94.7 (208 lbs) so I have lost 4.2 Kilos (9.25 lb) since July 2nd. FINALLY below 15 stone!!!
