Thanks. We follow more of a paleo diet, so still eat a few natural carbs from potato starch and vegetable sugars. Lots of exercise and keep track of calories on this app. At first I would try and burn about 2500 to 3000 calories per day with a 1200 to 1800 calorie food intake..... Now that I’m much fitter I burn about 3500 to 4000 per day and eat/drink 2000 to 2500. We do eat lots of Ketogenic meals, but don’t have our bodies in ketosis..... We love our fruits and spuds too much lol.
