Tuesday’s numbers, blob down, water way down, muscle okay, weight stayed the same. Long walk last night, finally back to San Diego sleeping hours. Eating my normal food more or less. Also had to visit the mothership yesterday for a few hours. Busy with projects, so keeping it short. Onwards!
