I knew my weight would be up as the old scales were weighing light!! Still onwards & upwards as they say!!!
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I weighed myself on 3 scales at Briscoes. There was a difference of 2 kg between the bottom and top results! How do you know which is correct?

Thats a good point for sure. Can only deal with what you have got but weighing yourself at the doctor or chemist can give you a base level & then go with your own ones Just a thought!

Had a trip tp Queenstown again today so apart from a decent brekkie just had snacks. But went for a 30 minute walk in the cold frost before I left so that was good
