I'm expecting my weight to increase a couple of kgs in the next couple of weeks due to creatine loading, gonna ignore the scales and just go with how I feel
101 kg Lost so far: 39.3 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
