I feel a lill hung over and woke up at 3 am (per usual) (apparently carbs don’t help me sleep either) Going to go to the gym today 💪

Keilin I will take the loss and hope it continues on this trend! Baskington I hope it helps me sleep too. It didn’t when I first started my new job almost 2 months ago but things are different now so maybe it will change. 👍👍 Can hurt to try!
