I've decided I need a fresh new goal to get me motivated again.

My new motivator is summer, it will be here before you know it and I want to look amazing for it!!!

I would LIKE to say "reach goal weight by summer" but I don't know how realistic that is...so I'm just going to say reach 165lbs by summer! that will be well out of obesity and only 15lbs from goal!

I weigh 185 without carb water weight right now so 20lbs can be obtained if I'm on top of it! And this should help me stay motivated to not binge again until summer. I have to remind myself that if I am successful each day with my calories and not missing the gym that this goal can be reached...and I have to remind myself if I'm slipping up and binging and eating pie I might end up fatter for summer...not skinnier...and that would not be fun at all.

I will make calendars and get some visual motivators going for myself today :)

Nice plan - take one day and one meal at a time so you do not overwhelm yourself...we all know you will succeed each day. Then we string those successful days together!

I have to set tiny goals. I try not to have a goal of more than 5 lbs or I feel too overwhelmed. I have a very rebellious streak, and I find it works better if I make it as simple and achievable as possible or I subconsciously sabotage myself.
