I've been trying to get more protein so I've been eating more special K protein than Frosted Flakes. :(

I can do protein shakes with a banana and 2% milk. I just had one yesterday. The problem for me is when I try to have it in water and try to chug it quick so the taste doesn't last too long. So gross.

It’s missing a banana 🍌

Yeah, that would help. I ate the only banana I brought to work by itself. :(

It's beautiful. And I'm with Chris- where's the milk? Looks like a plate or maybe a close up of the spoon? LOL

It's a clear bowl. There's plenty of milk I just haven't mixed it around yet. You can see it if you look close, unlike having to look close for the cereal with Chris's bowls.

Never would I ever. The sugar was last so you can't see where the milk snaked it's way past the flakes. You can kind of tell where the sugar got wet. The places that are a slightly different color. I've never had to explain any aspects of my cereal, definitely not this many...😁

Chris' favorite color! More trivia: Ladies' Home Journal article in June 1918 said, "The generally accepted rule is pink for the boys, and blue for the girls. The reason is that pink, being a more decided and stronger color, is more suitable for the boy, while blue, which is more delicate and dainty, is prettier for the girl."

@davidsprincess, here is an old joke from my family: "How do you tell if a woman is Basque? She has one eyebrow and a moustache."

Erquiaga, that's so bad. 😁 Does it matter if they are Spanish or French Basque? Asking for a 1% French Basque. 😉

Actually, Basque is Basque. So, we are related. The seven Basque provinces straddle the Pryenees mountains, that's how the distinction was started in America. Euskaldunak batak!

I'm Italian and Greek and there's no way around it. At least my chest and back are hair free and I can take care of the rest. Looking on the bright side. LOL
