I have had a hell of a week. Employees calling out last second, the safe was short one night and then right the next day (I close) and I've been waiting to hear back about an apartment I applied for. Since I got promoted, I make enough to qualify to lease, but just barely. Friday I found out they denied me but I was able to bring in a more recent pay stub and they approved my application!!!
I have been at my parent's for almost 2 years!! As much as I love my parents and appreciate their support, I NEED to move AWay! LOLOLOLOL

I'm in the process of packing everything up. Tuesday I will sign all the paper work and get to see inside the apartment! I am very excited and very scared 😅 Money is going to be insanely tight. I have a lot in savings. I've been saving for 2 years. SO I have a safety net. But it's still scary.

I went to the gym on Friday and yesterday. Here's what I did

July 19th workout (I was in a hurry. I did this in 40 minutes!):
Warm up on treadmill while stretching upper body with resistance band
Assisted pull up machine 85#: Scap pull up 5X5, Chin dips 3X5
Lat pull down 40# 15, 60# 3X5, 75# 3X5
Bent over dumbbell flys 5# 3X15, Lateral raises 3X10
Cable row 50# 6X5 (half with U bar/ triangle
Super set: Over head press & bent over row: 20# 2X10, 30# 2X10, 30# over head press & 40# bent over row 2X5
Bicep curls 10# 2X15, 15# 2X5 & 3X2

July 20th:
Tread mill and upper body stretch with resistance band 8 min
Deep stretching for hips, thighs, and hammies
Banded squats 2X15
Back extension 3X10
Bent over db flys and lateral raises 5# 2X15
Squats with EZ bar 30# 4X5
Squats in rack: 45# 2X5, 50# 2X5, 55# 2X5, 65# 2x5, 75# 2x5

I decided I wanted to eat pizza for lunch yesterday 😀😀😀 It was amazing! I ate the 2 biggest pieces 😂 My kids ate the rest. I could have easily ate a couple more slices 😂😂
72.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys 😘😘😘 Me and the kiddos are super excited to be moving! Living with family is not so great for sanity 😆😅🤣 I’m sure my parents are going to be so happy to so us go as well LOL I am a lill worried about my mom being alone all the time though 😕 I will have to find time to go check in.

That pizza was the best I’ve had in a long time. My kids ate it even faster than I ate mine! Which is a good thing! 😄

Lol okay Mr Burns?? 😜 I do love pizza 😍 Anything that lets me eat pizza (and cake) without gaining weight I’m totally down for! Weight training is a lot of fun. I can’t describe it but I am sure some will understand 😊

Congratulations, Dawnie! I’m so happy for you getting your own place! It’s going to be so fun for you and your kids to set it all up like you want it and to make it all cozy and loving and safe. And it’s all yours! And you were in beast-mode in your workouts! I took a screenshot so I can ask the trainer at my recplex to explain what all you did! 😂💪🏻 Anyway, I’m so glad things are going well for you. 😊🎈

Thank you thank you! Tomorrow is the day!!! I wish I could take a couple of days off but I’ll just have to be patient and move things little by little. I’ll need to set up internet service IMMediately LOL Maybe we’ll be in by the weekend!

My workouts have been a bit intense but they feel great! All the different things I do, help warm up and strengthen the main muscles I use to do the main lifts: deadlift, squat (with weights), and bench press. Those 3 moves work almost all the muscles in your body (feels like ALL).

I’m doing those too 😊 my muscles are weak and atrophied. I need all the fine running I can get. I feel like I have been in the fetal position for years and I am finally stretching out lol It hurts 😂
