Feel a little top heavy; have been watching myself ok with a few "with fries" meals, about 1 every 10 days which, while not a disaster is not too flash. Need to bring more fruit into work to avoid all cookie jar thoughts.
So I feel top heavy but the scales aren't really showing it; will get some new batteries as it is a bit slow to give me the results.
Saw LucyBells amazing transformation just now which reminds me - timely - how one must never slip back into bad bad habits.
