I had the most disappointing workout ever today 😩 Its not that surprising. I haven’t been sleeping. I took melatonin too late last night and felt loopy for hours this morning. I drink water and coffee and even ate Fritos before I started working out :( I should have just gone later in the day. Well anyway I failed the last rep of 3x3 on bench press. Only 65# :( I have been stuck at this weight. So I started playing with bar path today. Bad idea to try to increase weight while doing that. I didn’t hurt myself but definitely bruised my ego and my right arm hurts a lill. I got stuck half way back up and used leg drive and the little bit of extra strength I’ve got in my right arm to hook the right side and then swooped to the side and let the left fall to the cushion. As I did this half a dozen guys pulled it back up 😳😶💀 I laughed it off, unracked, and hopped on another machine 🙃 They were nice about it but I was still embarrassed to be so damn weak 😓 WHY is Push so much harder than Pull???!!!!!
I am not giving up on this no matter how frustrated I am!

Thanks guys ❤️❤️ I went to the gym this morning and it was great! I also slept in!! Didn’t get out of bed until 9!
