Might stick with low carb /calorie counting for this week. Too tired to face 5:2 fast diet so may delay until I have less on during the week nights. Tehn I can be rested and less likely to fall off track.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
