Kia ora koutou.
Went and donated blood yesterday. After always being about 145 for my Iron reading, yesterday I was at 131, which was one point above the lowest they would accept. Tells me I need to be putting more red meat back into meals. The quantity of red meat eaten over last 4 months has plummeted. So, last night, bbq came out and we all had steaks. Yum! On a positive note, my blood pressure is now well back within the normal range and I might be able to stop some medications. That would be a huge win.
