Purchased a tub of Protein powder last week as I found this very helpful when I was trying to loose weight before hubby and I got engaged and moved in with each other. This one is Balance Protein Powder that uses pea protein instead of whey protein. I got it in vanilla flavour as I like the taste of vanilla and I can always add more favours to it. Banana is something I enjoy adding to the drink but not always. Have had a sore foot for a while due to my flat feet but are doing a little bit of exercise each day. Have not been recording my weight since I started using this app but should give it a shot. As I am still recovering from surgery I am still taking it easy but I am determined to get hold rid of this excess weight so it doesn't make me feel rundown etc

I love the convenience of protein shakes, and they're filling too. Good on you for taking things easy, you don't want to burn yourself out or get any injuries. Slowly but surely, you can do this.

Thank you. I'm doing a wee bit of exercise throughout the day otherwise I will start to feel like my body seizing up. What protein shakes have you purchased and found pleasant tasting?
