Weight stopped again. I’ve been exercising more up to 12000 steps a day and alternating ab day / leg work outs. On day 115 of daily exercise so feeling very fit, like a new woman all together 😹 I work out 2 hours a day now so my goals are just a matter of what feels slow time now hope I get below 75 this week
