Such a disappointing result after the last few weeks. I wondered if there was something in my journey so far that would make me smile and keep me motivated. And then I remembered my bath towel now goes round me completely 🤣 Small things.

Sometimes even if the weight isn’t going down things like towels and clothes are. There is some tough weeks where it feels like you don’t make any progress.
Just stick with it, it’s working I had weeks where the scale didn’t move hardly at all but my clothes kept getting looser.
