Time to set a new goal soon.
Going to make my goals smaller and smaller so I keep motivated and get to where I want to be for my final target weights
66.2 kg Lost so far: 83.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Wow one good fart and you will be at your goal weight. LOL sorry (bad sense of humour). This is the stage that you are at, that I struggled with the most, as because I had forcibly changed my metabolic rate so severely that I could not stop losing weight, and I went underweight, it took me 6 months to stop losing weight. As my system would not stop losing. I made myself really ill. But you have done it the right way though, and maintenance is the fun phase, all your hard work is now into tuning the food to exercise ratio. Well done to you, and I wish I was lucky enough health wise to exercise like I used to. Stay safe..Linda

Exciting! Do you know your end goal? I think working in increments is a good idea. When you're so close it can feel like you're already there and the motivation definitely flags. Do you have a 'reward' system for each goal met?

@linda lol I had a little giggle at that. Didn’t weight myself for a couple of days I will soon and I’m sure I’ll be there then. I haven’t noticed any issues with that maybe I wasn’t really that long most of my life I was very petite, I ate from a depression after a death in family. Maintains seemed just fine increased what I ate weight stayed the same. I’m going back to my old weight though getting close bmi is 22.3 now I think last I checked.

@dotty hmm I don’t really have a reward system but everytime I have made a lot of progress I take the time to really enjoy buying new underwear, fitting in old jeans, appreciating feeling good every day, feeling strong and healthy. I’ve really tried to focus on making it about healthy living and a lifestyle that I can live with rather than a punishment or a huge diet. I want to associate the weight loss and goals with positive normal behaviours and not see it as a task I guess? Hope that makes sense. Weight goal next one is 63 and the final goal will be my old weight and my old clothes so 56-58 kilos I’m quite petite bone wise so I was always happy with how I looked. And I’ll just do in 3 kilo increments till I get there. It was so much easier at the start to see 5 kilos drop off so fast now I eat more, exercise more but the weight loss is slow and steady so to lose a kilo is about a month or 6 weeks so it felt better
