This is a crispy baked cauliflower dish

My friend made this last night and brought me at sample. Oh so good. I did a GOOGLE and found a recipe. I’ll let you know how it turns our. It has carom seed and nigella seeds in it. Both nutritional powerhouses. Used in Indian cooking for nutritional value and medicinal attributes.. and yes the word is CAROM, not cumin. Not the same thing
