It’s been a tough two weeks. Had son staying from Australia and then we travelled to another town as my husband’s mother passed. Food last week was from cafes and husband’s family (yummy) and a bit we were able to buy at supermarket. Previous week was mostly home cooked but cooking for extra people also. My weight’s up slightly on beginning of June. I’m more worried about blood sugar and cholesterol which had come down a little. Being kind to myself this week but trying to eat less. So far today has been Fail. Oops! 😇
93.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
