Weight is up about a kg but I’ve weighed much later in the day and wearing jeans so it won’t be as bad as it seems. Also away from home again. In fact away from NZ. Will weigh better next week or at least I hope so.
94.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
