Rode my bicycle to the gym, lifted, then off for an hour riding around.
Mostly on the bike trail and industrial/office parks. A little of it was scary/stressful with big trucks driving close to me, but pushing myself on the bike is always exhilarating.
And thanks for spellcheck, I can never get the h in the right place.
Then home to cook a steak to share with my honey bunny.
