had an excellent workout today. 100 reps of Tyson push-ups.
6 sets of incline squeeze presses
4 sets of dips,
5 sets machine flyes,
6 sets cable crossovers,
worked deltoids and traps too. All together, over 35 sets today.
I worked out hard enough that I only needed 2 drinks tonight.
I'm exhausted.
