Something like Vince Gironda's Steak & Eggs diet. Lots of protein, moderate fat, low carbohydrate. I get my weight and fat percentage where I like it, then I maintain.
94.6 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
