wow! 1 kg in just a few days. I feel like it's going to fluctuate a lot though. how often do you weigh yourself?
68.8 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weekly is good. Early morning before breakfast if possible and not at the weekend.

yeah i am the same as Dim5544 try to only weigh once a week when i first get up (after morning wee and before eating drinking) the weight fluctuates around a bit :)

I had such a great week and then a horrible weekend of eating badly. just trying to stay focused but flip I love seeing any sort of weight loss, even if it's 0.1kg
