Wow I thought I would have put on weight. I had been eating more fast food for a while and it made me feel like crap, and I was avoiding the scales cause I felt bloated and heavy. I guess I was being a little bit harsh on myself 😅
65.7 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
