Announcing a Challenge: 30 day Carnivore Challenge BBB&E
Curious about the carnivore diet? We're going to do a 30 day Beef, Butter,
Bacon and Eggs challenge. That's it, plus water, coffee and tea. Mix it up with intermittent fasting. Go to YouTube to Dr. Ken Berry's channel. He has several introductory videos. Check it out and you can sign up here on the 'My Challenges".

Dr Palmer - Harvard- and Dr Huberman - Stanford. Dr Palmer is a psychiatrist who uses the ketones generated by the ketogenic diet to treat depression, bipolar and schyzophrenia. It is not just a weight loss diet, but a brain beneficial diet. For me it has lifted me from struggling to thriving, and I will never go back. anyway this is fascinating! and long, you may need to chunk it up.

Not a sustainable lifestyle…plus very bad for your health as all those items are spiked with hormones to fatten them up. Vegetables are a must for adequate vitamins. A balanced meal is the only true way to live for me.

What some people cannot seem to get, is that different is not necessarily wrong, it is, simply, different. If it suits you, and you're becoming healthier, then do your thing.
