A diver? From under water? There's a story in that. 

lost my phone on a kayak float/rope swing stop. had it tied to my wrist in a waterproof case, as I was being extra careful after dropping it in a waterfall 2 weeks ago.... this time its at least 10 ft and the water is murky. I'm going to free-dive it tomorrow with a crew, some underwater lights and snorkel masks. I'm determined and I have strong lungs 😏 if I can't find it with the crew, I'll hire a scuba diver I have someone on standby. 16k pics I can't get back otherwise. my daughter's entire life is on that phone amongst other photos 

Just an idea~ try find a golf course diver/labor, they are cheaper & good at finding many (mostly mine) lost golf balls. I’m optimistic they can find your phone. Good luck !
