Had a good week as far as exercise goes, managed to lift weights and do some cardio every day except for Thursday.
Was absolutely shattered from work on Thursday so I'll consider that a rest day.

Ate clean all week, I just have to keep this up.
125.9 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

well done! don't feel guilty for a rest day or 2. most of your calerie burning is done by your body keeping you alive. diet has far more impact on weightloss. but a good habit of exercise yon enjoy doing will help keep it off 😁
