Not exactly what I was hoping for, didn't miss any cardio (actually been doing extra) and have lifted every day.
A week of slightly higher calories really does slow down any losses.
115.3 kg Lost so far: 25 kg.    Still to go: 25.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
