Tofu shiataki... no. I would try it if I see it. I do like the House Food konjak noodles

Never saw those, I’ve tried the regular shiataki noodles but not these tofu. I couldn’t get past the smell of the regular one. Does the house good one have a fishy smell?

The regular ones are packed in water with the fishy smell. I rinse under cold water using fingers to "clean" them and then boil for a bit

@liv001 I will try that haven’t opened this one yet but I will still rinse before boiling😊

I've used Konjac noodles and Kelp noodles. I've never seen tofu/shirataki. I'll have to look. They appear to be a healthy choice.

I've had konjak noodles and spaghetti before!! shirataki is the same thing as konjak guys and it's literally a miracle ingredient! super recommended for weight loss journey, it doesn't have a flavor you have to add it tho! but put aome creamy sauce and you should be good😊 i absolutely loved them and i would love to try this macaroni type of yours someday

Just curious, how can it be 6 carbs but only 20 calories? Isn’t 1 gram carbs, 4 calories?

@Zane_S Fiber counts towards the total carbs although it doesn’t really digest into calories. 6g Carbs - 4g fiber = 2g carbs that u actually get cals from

We’ve had them, not a fan tbh. Use spiral veggie anything in its place! Smells like fish even when rinsed and to me, a slimy texture 🤢
