Let the carb percentage get out of hand yesterday at 33%, again because I eliminated some of the higher protein and fat items that were on my initial planned menu. Gotta' watch that, just because the calories are lower doesn't mean I can ignore the make-up. Otherwise I could end up eating 700 calories per day, all carbs!!! NO-NO! Will do better today!!
