Targets today is to consume less than 60g of carbs and more than 1900 cals overall - To include only two of the three beers in the fridge. I'm feeling really good, healthiest for some time - I can now launch myself out of our low sofa without having to make a humpff noise. The FS food and activity logs have been a massive benefit, harrahs for FS.
I am not sure how long I will keep up the low carb part of the diet this might be the last week. I am nervous about overcooking my diet as I tend to go over the top with everything I do. That said It does seem very reasonable to carry on with low carbs when I am physically feeling good. So this week I will try, giving myself an easier 60g per day target to meet.
