My weight is being stubborn at the moment despite reduced cals and carbs Its no big deal but it does make me want to try a little harder - Last night I tried a mini IF test for myself, no food between 7PM and 9AM -Frankly it was easy. Tonight I am having another bash this having just finished eating at 6.30PM. I will try put off breakfast until 10.30 I am reasonably confident that I can do this. I am having more luck (except one minor blip) with Carbs and circa 35g per looks doable whilst still eating with the family - My wife is now a little more onboard with my diet foibles after i pointed out that I am managing all this whilst having a myriad of pies cakes biscuits all over the house and also I am drinking no beer. Tonight we had another bargain from the butcher 820g of beef fillet tails (the end bit of fillet) £8 all in -The others said it was even better than the ribeye. There is enough left for a sandwich or three tomorrow. In other news the coconut flour has arrived perhaps I will try a muffin tomorrow.

My wife lost a load of weight by doing nothing other than not eating after 6pm. Intermittent fasting works well.

Easing into it gradually is a good way. Rather than thinking you'll never make it until lunchtime, you can challenge yourself to leave it a bit longer each day. Soon you'll be struggling to fit breakfast in before lunch and you'll have cracked it

Fasting...I can manage 17 ...minutes after dinner Ad, then hubby brings me two squares of dark chocolate with my cuppa 🍫
But I do think it's a great way to lose weight. So keep going and then you've got a routine.

Get the carbs below 20/day, and you'll be struggling to eat once a day. Not because you want more, but because you don't want food at all. #AskMeHowIKnow
