Goodness. Mindlessly ate all snack food today! Over the top with the calories. I did go dancing but still 1900 calories is too much. My daughter is moving and the friend she is moving in with isn't sure that they want her there long term so that was stressful today but there isn't any excuse for eating 5 bags of chips!
Tomorrow is another day - back to the good plan!
