Three days of concerted exercise and whoosh I have finished October with a flourish and lost a total of 2.3kg. Today I weigh 12 stone and half a pound, that's 4-1/2 stone lost in nine months! My belly is now flat and my waist line is a full inch smaller than last month as the final bit of fat has gone from my middle. My BMI is now 24.6 and the the NHS website calculator states that I am now a healthy weight, I am overjoyed as that was my initial goal when I started this diet.
Going forward I plan to maintain the impetus I have with exercise and join a gym so I can swap that final bit of fat hiding in my body into more muscle. Hopefully then I can become a little more competitive with my running?
