The dilemma if Eating Out!!
this evening I went out to dinner with friends, and after eating sensibly all day, knew I had a decent amount of calories to play with.
I opted for 1 glass of wine then stuck to water - I can at least count those calories BUT how do I track a restaurant meal?!?!
I stayed away from the fries and garlic breads for a change so for record sake, this is my meal Mains: Chared Broccolini, x4 texan glazed meatballs, x4/5 crispy skin chicken nibbles with BBQ sause, 2 BBQ ribs & x2 crispy coated cauliflower bites
Dessert - deconstructed banoffie pie
I just only hope that I did not go to far off my calories path for the day & that the exercise this week and unsued calories from days before have allowed this 'cheat meal' sensibly
