Looking and scanning everything that goes in my mouth! Not exercising yet,, But will start toning up when I reach half way mark at 140, I'm at 146.5 and have about 6 more to go. But I'm not stopping there ,,I'm going to keep going on till I reach 120lbs. Only then will I slow down. Doing my own Diet ,, By keeping my carbs and fat lower then 1/2% of the proteins. this is really working. With all the high protein meal on here, it helps me keep it in check! and I never eat all my calories I'm allowed, cause that the thing ,,, If you eat the calories it gives you then you just stay at that weight ,, I no cause I'm experimenting with === what and how much and watch what happens the next morning, And as you can see , If i eat to much = carbs ,Fat or Calories , WELL I stay at that weight for a few days, When I move is when I go back to Basic's of my routine, and BAM I start moving again. ( for those who want to no my routine,, it is = 2 eggs 1 pc bacon and 3 cups coffee, and maybe 1 level spoon of creamer,,Tuna fish salad or coco 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder and 5 Ice cubes in blender one or the other for lunch or dinner. it works!!! Sorry it may be boring but after 3 days i have seen 10 pounds drop off. So to see my desired weight I will keep on scanning and watching the crap I put in my mouth.. LOL So good luck to everyone.
