Shedding the last 3kg of fat (not weight ) is proving elusive so it's time to change things up again. Intermittent fasting remains 16:8 but a change of time zone now. Fasting up to 11 am sits at odds with my actual hunger and probably my circadian rhythm. My eyes open and I'm ready for food. Trying to dumb MY hunger levels down is now off the table. Now I'm going to work with it. So, exercise on waking, nutrient dense breakfast (low carb low ADDED fat moderate high quality protein by 9 am) as opposed to snacking on coffee n cream from sparrows fart to first meal at 11.. Repeat for lunch at 2pm. Final food in mouth before 4pm. Eating window closed until 8am the next morning. Feeling enthused 😊
