Just found out - by shear accident - how to keep my date accurate for me. I clicked on tools and changed the Date to match MY LOCATION... Seems so logical now lol
Coffee has been my NEMESIS !!! I love it strong with 1 tsp sugar and have at least 4 per day and sometimes another 3 when I work night shift. Doctor NOT HAPPY!!!
Adjusted the way I make it today. 1/2 tsp Coffee and 1/4 tsp sugar per cup with low fat hi calcium MILK = actually it tasted really nice and I know I can stick to this!
Doing a Happy dance cause this was an EASY FIX!! Could have been worse I might have had to give up coffee - Seriously, DON'T even JOKE about it!

I was wrong in guessing my weight. It was 108 kg and I had been exercising and watching what I eat for about 3.5 weeks now. Assumed it was 100kg. Went to the doctors today to get another prescription and was pleasantly surprised to find my weight is now
97kg
Not sure if that is good for almost a month, but the doc says it is better to loose weight gradually because it's easier to keep it off that way. I hope so.... She said to keep on doing whatever I was doing, will do.
I have to see her again in 2 months so will be interesting to see the weigh in result then.
