Going down, hurrah. must stop self sabotaging!! I'm on annual leave for 3 weeks now, yippeeee!!! I've gotta make sure I stick to the plan and not start picking. As little pickers wear big knickers!! 😂😂😂😁

I've been comfort eating the last couple of days and gained a couple if pounds. I've continued with my daily exercise so not all bad. tomorrow is a new week so I shall start at the beginning again.

Im not that hungry as i had a massive bowl of homemade carrot soup for lunch and some toast. If i het hungry later i will air fry some steamed potatoes or have a bowl of porridge.
