Gained 5kgs since November, though could be water retention/edema.
Body Fat 15%
belly fat 1%.
On 'right track' but a bit to go. Told I'm now to cut down on cream in coffee and eat more food and at regular intervals during day.
Dietitian emailing doctor to prescribe fortisip, to boost snacks and help with added nutrients. looks like less fat, more protein as fortisip is protein, rather than carbs like complan.
Both have been avoiding starting, but time to just bite bullet and just do it

want to start moving more too, now I'm not dizzy all the time. Hoping doctor will let me start resistance type exercises and walking, fire poi/ fire dancing etc, now BMI back to just under 19. They wanted it back to 20 I think. Will see on Wednesday at that appointment, if bloods taken today are normal and electrolyte and especially potassium, are in healthy range, then I'll push for it. Especially now fire ban has been lifted. Time to get to beach and spin fire again.
