I am currently on a new medication for weight loss called belviq and my husband bought me a juicier and I am starting my juicing Monday and tomorrow I am going to go back to the gym by my son 3rd bday I will hopefully be at my goal

i have been on bed rest since i have my blood clot and idk if it becasuse i am PMSING or Water weight but JEEZ this makes me just more streesed out than EVER..SMH..

hey everybody i am sorry i have not been writing i have been in the hospital since friday i had a blood clot in my chest and it felt as if i had a heart attack...SMH but i am doing a little better...Really trying to make it...i haven't been working out and the doctor recommended i eat something and stop my fast so did eat soup lol...but if you all can just pray for me please

hey everybody...everyone that is doing the fast how is it going for me it is going ok..i did work out in the morning yesterday or today but i worked my butt off last night and i ran and did squats and kicks and all yesterday..today i will go to the gym and tomorrow ill do my morning work out...has anyone that has lost weight notice a differnce in there skin..
